Omar Narvaez is a retired Argentine professional boxer. He was born on October 10, 1975, in Cordoba, Argentina. Narvaez is also known as "El Huracán" (The Hurricane) and has an orthodox stance.
Narvaez began his professional boxing career in 2000 and fought in the flyweight, super flyweight, bantamweight, and super bantamweight categories. He held multiple world titles during his career, including the WBO flyweight title from 2002 to 2010, the WBO super flyweight title from 2010 to 2014, and the WBO bantamweight title from 2014 to 2016.
Narvaez had a successful boxing career and retired in 2018 with a record of 48 wins (25 of them by knockout), 2 losses, and 2 draws. He is considered one of the best boxers in Argentina's history and was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame in 2020.
